Quality Excellent
WOW. I called and was WOWd by Tanyas excellence in service with the initial call. I setup a for a visit at my moms house, I received a call from Melissa while the tech was enroute, and I no sooner hung up and he called to say he was there. He explained everything to me and I then he handed his phone to my mother so I can make sure she understood what he was going to do. WOW. Oscar was very knowledgeable and very courteous and very professional and very respectful. Im not used to such great service from comanys any more but Roto-Rooter restored my faith that good companies still exist and they still care about the consumer.

The technician was professional, friendly and took his time which was lengthy to make sure the job was done right. Doors had to be removed and he had a bit of trouble getting them back on but he persevered until they were back on the track. He informed me he would clean up, not to worry and that he did. This technician is truly an asset to your company and I have little doubt the other technicians are of the same caliber. I am sure you know very well what a relief it was to have someone available even on a holiday and in a timely manner to come to my house. It was a nerve wracking situation which was alleviated by the good job.

Nestor Rodriguez arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected to help with a flooding toilet. He was so courteous and professional and eased our stress tremendously. He was joined by Hasan Moss who was also a complete professional and very mannerly. They both worked well together also! We felt so much better after they had repaired our problem and will definitely request their particular services in the future. Two excellent employees !!

We had a very positive experience with Roto-Rooter. The technician, Jeremy, arrived promptly and was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Despite our upset over our problem, he brought a very positive energy to our home and fixed the problem in a timely manner and was so comforting and caring. He was able to fix the main problem (unfortunately, the real problem requires a lot more work and construction)and we truly appreciate his work and wonderful kindness.

I tried to go with a plumber who was referred to me (trying to save a few bucks). I called the number and spoke to a receptionist, who took my contact information. I guess my number was lost, because I never received a call back. So I had to go with the best, Roto Rooter. It is a blessing to be able to depend on reliable service. They may not be the cheapest but they are ALWAYS THERE when you need them!!!!!!

I was very concerned about using a large company like Roto-Rooter because I thought the level of service would be better with a small local company. My mind has been changed as my experience with your company was incredible. My technician Keith #985 was on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and quickly identified the cause of my plumbing problems. I was so impressed with Keith that I had him install a new garbage disposal at another property where I have my office. I could not have been more happy with the level of service that I received.I would recommend you to anyone.
