I am very pleased with the plumbing service I received from Roto-Rooter. Blaine Reed found the problem. He explained the HOW and WHY of the problem in terms ... I could understand. The crew headed by Michael was excellent. He made me feel very comfortable with the process. Not one yard plant was disturbed, for which I am quite appreciative. If I have another plumbing problem, I will definitely use Roto-Rooter. In fact, I would love to have the same people. I would give Roto-Rooter the highest rating!

The guys that did the work were great but have been trying to get a copy of my paperwork emailed to me for several weeks now. Called 3 times talked ... to one lady and left messages the other 2 times and no reply. I just want a paper copy of the work done.
