Josh H. arrived when he said he would. I thought all of the openings to my septic tank were exposed for easy access so I didn’t see any type of ... issue when I looked before I called. Right away he told me there must be one that’s buried and he was right. He dug it up, removed the lid and found the clog and took care of it. Very professional and if/when I need help again I’ll ask if he’s available.

I was having problems with my sewer line had a local plumber in first time didn't spend time trying to solve my problem spend maybe 5 minutes told me to ... call roto-rooter .So that's what I did Chris came out told me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it tried to fix it and said get the money collected and he came back the next day with better equipment and in 10 minutes had my sewage problem fixed and even worked on how much money I had....Thank you very much Chris I appreciate all your hard work and if I need anything plumbing I will be calling roto-rooter and asking for Chris to help me.

Yesterday we had to place two calls to Roto-Rooter in Kokomo. Both technicians did a good job. After the first technician left, we were still having problems. When we called ... back, a second service technician (Matthew) came back to our house and did some extended work. This technician also wrote up a couple of quotes for us to help us prevent further issues with our drains. We were not charged for the second visit and for now all drain problems are resolved. Both technicians also practiced social distancing and wore protective gear in light of the current health situation.

Our toilets were plugged. Ruben got here quickly on Saturday morning and did a great job unplugging our sewer drain line.
