This was my first experience with your company, and it was truly a delightful one. From the user-friendly website and very simple online service-scheduling form, to the courteous confirmation call ... prior to my appointment (he even offered to move it up and also a service discount coupon!). Bryan was here on time, was very courteous, informative, and efficient. The job was reasonably priced, and the coupon was certainly a nice perk. All in all, it was truly a seamless and positive experience from beginning to end. I wish more businesses emulated the customer experience you offer. I will certainly be calling you for my future plumbing needs. Thank you.

We are new homeowners and have been fortunate to not have too many issues. However over the past weekend we noticed our egress window drain was backed up with raw ... sewage. After further inspection we realized our main line was clogged. Being the weekend, we were worried that we would have to go all weekend plus most of the week without indoor plumbing. I called Roto Rooter and they assured me someone could come out right away. Dave showed up right on time and we couldn’t of asked for a better person to work on this project. He was very courteous and patient with the situation. He walked us through the entire process and educated us on not only their products and equipment but also on how to prevent this from happening again. He took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. Roto Rooter should be proud to have Dave on their team. A big thank you from us to Dave and the Roto Rooter team for saving our weekend! I will be sure to spread the word!

The technician was friendly and polite. He assessed the situation and told me what his plan was. He completed the job and verified my drain was open. He had towels ... and rags and cleaned the area before he left. I fought with this drain for halve a day. Your team had me open in an hour. I'm going to call sooner next time. Thank you! Upon arrival the two technicians were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to look at the least expensive options of repairs before performing the service. ... While one technician performed the service the other made sure to keep us abreast to what was happening. I would definitely recommend this Rotor Rooter service and will use them again if I need service. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I always forget names when I learn them, but the person who came and unclogged my drain was absolutely one of the most polite and professional people I have ever ... had the pleasure of working with! He assured me multiple times that it was not my fault, stuff like this happens with shower drains! He told me what he was going to do because of the way my shower is set up. Overall, incredible experience, 100/10, would definitely call again! :)

We had a back up in our sewer line. We called hoping we could get service on a Saturday. We were happy to know that we could. The driver was ... on time. We were hoping to get the same worker as before. We were fortunate there also. Tyler was his name, and he went out of his way to get us whole again. He's trustworthy, dedicated, and gave us great insight into roto rooter itself. We did not know about an automatic schedule, where you call and remind us of a service call. He did the main drain pipe, and just to be safe, a downstairs drain pipe was also cleaned out. We are whole again, and Tyler did an exceptional job at his skill and his cleanup afterwards. We are hooked on Roto Rooter, and want to again thank you for the late nite service call, and for sending Tyler out again.
