Can you believe that a serviceman was available to be at my residence within an hour of my inquiry phone call. so, of course I scheduled an appointment ( but ... I needed 2 hours). The service technician, Sam Wilson, arrived as scheduled. Not only did he look fresh and clean; but, his equipment looked brand new and I didn't mind it in my home. His friendly and personable manner made it easy to explain the plumbing problems with which I had endured. In less than an hour, Mr. Wilson, not only stopped the food disposal from draining into the shower; but, also diagnosed other plumbing problems and explained how they could be fixed. The service appointment ended with his explanation of how the clogging of the drains could reoccur in this old condo, what not to put into the food disposal (almost anything - but especially grease) and convinced me of the merits of using Roto Rooter Pipe Shield once a month. I was sad to see Sam leave; but, happy not needing, anymore, to do the dishes in the bathroom basin where the dish water could be disposed of easily through the toilet

Service man was wonderful. He was on time, and took care of the problem right away. He also came back after getting parts the next morning...very nice and professional.

His ... down-to-earth manner in explaining was action was being taken by the roto-rooter and the result being experienced was very reassuring. It was a pleasure having him in our home.

JP, my tech. was great to work with. He had been here before and he was excellent during that visit too. He knew what to do, listened to ... my concerns, gave me his opinion on future work that may have to be done. Ran into a small issue but kept at it until the the line was cleared and now I am confident I don't have to call during the holidays. I spent 40 years working in a refinery and I have learned to appreciate working with professionals and JP and the others who have responded to trouble calls are truly professionals. When I need service I don't have to worry about who to call. Roto-Rooter is my only choice. Tried to enter the weekly contest but could not get past the setting up a profile step, why do I have to give Google all that information just to enter a contest. Shame on you.
