I was very impressed by the way the operators spoke to me on the phone when I called to inquire about having some plumbing work done in my home. Throughout the day I received phone updates regarding when the technician was going to be in my area and they called me 15 minutes before the technician arrived at my home. The technician was very courteous, competent, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked quickly to get it fixed as well. Based on my experience, Roto-Rooter would be on the top of my list of companies to call if I ever experience any plumbing problems again.

We had an issue a month and 5 days prior. We were out of our 30 day warranty, however the first guy did not tell us we had a broken pipe and that was the issue so when the 2nd guy came he told us and also that he was having the bill zeroed out. That was great. Had the first guy told us of the broken pipes y'all would not have had to come a second time so absorbing the bill was good customer service.
