I will try to make short. I was having a terrible 2 weeks with my water heater leaking, insurance not paying all the cost, company they sent trying to ... rip me off. The company they sent started stating code, in turn I called the county inspector and he said they are wrong. My insurance company, upon being told that their service is ripping me off they said oh you could cash out. I had no choice. I don't have a lot of money and went through 5 companies until I met Luis Clavel. He showed up right away and really understood that I wasn't rich and was going through a tough time. He was patient until my insurance check came and I could save a little to compensate the insurance low payment. Once ready he sent someone right away, professional and finished in a few hours. I just want you to know, that after all that, he was the only one that made me feel like someone was helping me. He should work for the insurance company. Sure enough after checking with the water company there was a leak in the neighborhood causing the issue. Technician was polite and thorough in his inspection and I really appreciate the quick response.
