Your service call to find and solve the drain problem from our house to the septic tank was exactly as I expected even though it was the first time I've ... used your services and the first time I've had a drain problem I could remedy myself. Your Nationwide-advertising which I've seen for many decades represent you so well that I only called one of your local competetors (Blind and Son) before calling you. They couldn't get here for 4-5 days and that turned me off on them, then called you. You scheduled me for sameday service, your tech arrived within around 2 hours (Matt), inspected the system, apprised me of all he would do to overcome the problem, had all the equipment and parts necessary to perform all his service, overcame one inspection cap-plug unexpected problem efficientlly and in a timely, final tested and ran the camera snake program for me to observe with him, and did a thorough final cleanup of his work area. Absolutely satisfied all my needs with a troublesome problem and moved on to his next important customer. I'll be sure and recommend Roto-Rooter (and Matt) to anyone I can.

Our technician, Robert Roach, did an amazing job! He took time to make sure the problem was solved before leaving. We had a prior technician that seemed to rush through ... to get in and out. Robert made sure the problem was solved before he decided to leave, as well as asking if we had any questions before leaving our house. Very professional and very kind!

our main sewer line backed up Friday evening. the technician Raben arrived within the hour, swiftly walking up the driveway with a smile on his face and his hand extended ... in greeting. I was very impressed with his attitude that I used him as a positive example for customer service at my company meeting. Raben did an excellent job of clearing the clog and then proceeded to clean up the basement and to carry up some damaged boxes from the basement. If we ever need service again I will be calling roto rooter and will be asking for Raben! every company needs a Raben. thank you.

Fortunately, I have never needed your services until this past Sunday when our main sewer line backed-up into the kitchen sink. Jesse came Sunday evening to address a main sewage ... line back-up. The main line (which was plugged) is located in a crawl space. His partner (sorry I missed his name but hope you will highly compliment him as well) brought over the jet machine and stayed with Jessie to assist with unplugging the drain. Both of these gentlemen are true professionals and represent Roto-Rotter exceptionally well. Jesse came back the following two days to fully clean up the mess. Jesse repeatedly asked "is there anything else I can assist with?" Job very well done guys!!

My sump pump broke and I didn’t know. I had a lot of backed up moldy water sitting in my basement drain. Deionne did such a good job explaining everything ... and was friendly the whole time. He made the bad situation tolerable and now I have a new sump pump. I’m very pleased.

A busted water main supply line under our building led to a frantic search for a locator. A Google & a quick call verified Roto Rooter had the means ... to do so. Upon arrival, they also advised that they could do the remediation as well as the repairs. This eliminated the need for several different vendors. They were quick to respond, efficient in moving forward and communicating, and worked till the project was completed! Very happy with the results! Shout out to Mike L. and Gary R. !!
