Roto-Rooter Augustine was excellent! He thoroughly explained the various possibilities after carefully assessing the challenges. Then he worked swiftly, explaining ever step as he went. This was a horrible challenge that turned into an amazing experience, as now I know much more about my home than I did before. Augustines customer care was wonderful. I will certainly call Roto-Rooter again if need be and will certainly request Augustines assistance!

Roto-Rooter The initial time estimate was to send a technician before 9 PM the previous day. Roto Rooter dispatcher had to reschedule appointment for next morning because nobody was available as of 9 PM. Technician arrived next morning about 9:45 AM. Other than the postponed appointment the service went smoothly.

Roto-Rooter I thought 444.38 was a lot of money to unclog a drain pipe in the yard and to clear the system with a drain cleaner. Your saving grace is your plumber, Stephen H.

Roto-Rooter Overall the service extended from the initial telephone call through completion of the service call was very professional. Stephen H. (service person) was very competent and informative -- explaining everything he was doing and why, thereby, leaving me feeling assured that the problem would be taken care of. He also went above and beyond his call of duty (as the expression goes) to help towards preventing the problem from reoccurring and smiling all the while!

Roto-Rooter General satisfaction. I have used Rotor-Rooter in the past and would call them again for service in the future.

Roto-Rooter Excellent customer service from initial call to service itself. 2 people came out it was a Saturday( was advised no overtime charges even though a weekend). Quoted immediately $250.00. Time it took to fix 20-30 minutes. I know we are paying for their knowledge and expertise but paying 250.00 for a 20 minute job is not a fair price. I know plumbers are expensive overall and when agreeing to quote I thought it would be more extensive and take more time to fix. Very disappointed on the amount. Other than that it went well. Not sure why you sent 2 people out maybe one was an apprentice but im sure that 250 picked up his cost as well.
