It was a cold winters day on Dec 26 when I was on my 31st day without hot water. My water heater would not stay lit because of a damaged pilot light. My son took the heater back to Lowes and they exchanged it for a new one. However, my son did not know how to hook it up. I am 72 yrs. old and have very poor eyesight.
