We really appreciate when our customer at Roto-Rooter of Minneapolis are gracious enough to provide feedback about their service experience. Also, it is nice that Roto-Rooter in Minneapolis sends you emails when you order service that verifies the work order. When the technician was on the way I recieved a call stating that he was coming. This was very helpful to me and I consider it to be great customer service."
