The renovation included the relocation of a conference center and employee break space to allow a larger space for the Customer Care and Commercial Services departments. Additionally, our call center in Chicago, which services the Central and West Regions, moved to a new, larger space. The updated facility is less than a half-mile from the previous location.
Both facilities are similarly designed for optimal productivity and make up about 13,000 square feet. Updated conference centers within each building allow for corporate training and development seminars to be conducted, ensuring that each and every Roto-Rooter employee is equipped with the necessary resources to provide top-notch customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
