Ron (Technician No. 4369) was outstanding and I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. He arrived very promptly, clearly explained what was required to clear my exterior ... drains, did so more quickly than I expected, showed me the results on a camera pushed through the drain pipes and couldn't have been more delightful to deal with in every respect.
