We have never had plumbing service like we experienced with Roto-Rooter. From the first phone call to report a problem to them cleaning up after the problem was fixed. It ... was a Great! They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and was also Very friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. We will never consider another plumbing company.

It all started with high water bills which turned into 4 leaks under the slab of my condo. Then the water heater decided it had had enough as well so ... out it went, all over the floor. Over the span of almost a week I had 3 different techs helping to assess the problems and from the very first visit I was treated respectfully and compassionately. The office staff was friendly and professional and I was kept updated as to when the techs would be arriving and their picture as confirmation. I can't say enough about Adam who was patient and understanding with all my concerns and questions as well as doing an awesome job. I give R-R a solid 5 star rating and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Service man (can't remember name - maybe Aaron?) came out the same day (Wed) I called and got things running. Dean came out Friday morning to snake camera down the ... line to inspect the pipe. He showed me where the roots had invaded the cleanout indicating a break. Have scheduled service trip to replace cleanout. Both were courteous and helpful.

We suffered a break in a sewer line owing to work done by Duke Power - your technician, Tyler Fobian, initially ran a fiber optic video line so that our ... usual plumber could see where the problem was. When he wasn't able to immediately fix the problem, we recontacted Roto Rooter and Tyler came back to fix it. Not only did he expertly do that task, he worked with Duke Power to make sure that the problem didn't become worse. We appreciated not only his promptness and courtesies in helping us, but the skill with which he worked. Expecially given the circumstances, we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. You should be gratified that you have such an employee.

After calling Roto-Rooter with a possible leak in the attic, Ricky Felton responded to the service call. He was very thorough and worked in the attic with 90 degree ... heat. He was very accommodating and provided very professional advice as well as service. He did not leave until the job was completed in its entirety. He was highly focused and sincere in his work. He left the job leaving us with confidence that the leak was taken care of.

We've used Roto Rooter twice, recently....and had great experiences both times. I went to write a review on reviewbuzz.com for our latest technician, Tim Woodruff, but the review process ... did not follow the steps on the card, so I'll submit my feedback here. Tim was prompt, very kind, laid back, and went above and beyond to help us solve our issue. Although, he was there to service a malfunction for us, we really enjoyed having him there and were very impressed. Thank you for sending us Tim.
